1. Acceptance of terms

By using the Tsa Bonno HospitalityOS website and services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Description of service

Tsa Bonno HospitalityOS provides lodge management software including booking management, billing, reporting, point of sale, and online reservation tools. Services are provided on a subscription basis.

3. Accounts and registration

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must provide accurate and complete information when registering.

4. Payments and billing

Subscription fees are billed annually. Fees are non-refundable except as explicitly stated in your agreement. Prices are in Botswana Pula (BWP).

5. Free demo

The free 1-month trial is provided to evaluate the software. It does not create a long-term commitment. Data from demo periods may be removed after the trial unless you convert to a paid plan.

6. Limitation of liability

Tsa Bonno HospitalityOS is provided "as is" without warranty. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of our software, including loss of data or revenue.

7. Changes to terms

We reserve the right to update these terms. Users will be notified of material changes via email or website notice.
